Sony Ericsson Equinox debuts USA via T-Mobile

Sony Ericsson and T-Mobile USA mobile operator introduced a new stylish and chic mobile phone, Equinox.

The Sony Ericsson Equinox will be on sale in the US market on October 28 in one color version, Carbon.

Sony Ericsson Equinox is similar with T707 model, which announcement was held in March this year.

New Sony Ericsson Equinox is clamshell form factor and main feature is an interactive lighting system, for each name in address book, user can choose color and during an incoming call or message will show eye-catching night effects.


The Sony Ericsson Equinox is equipped with 3.2-megapixel camera (without autofocus and flash), a multimedia player, 2.2-inch 262K TFT display with a resolution of 320×240 pixels, an external 1.1-inch OLED display with a resolution of 128×36 pixels, Stereo Bluetooth, FM tuner with support for RDS, 100MB of internal memory and a slot for Memory Stick Micro (M2) with up to 16GB.


It is easily upload photos directly to the YouTube application. Sony Ericsson Equinox supports networks GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSDPA 1700/2100 MHz. Sony Ericsson Equinox has dimensions 93×50x14.1 mm and weight 95grams. There is no word about price.
